Rebounding jumping with Fit Boots ® is the ultimate total body fitness experience for everyone.  It is a safe and fun workout that’s low-impact and high energy. Boston Jumps offers this unique exercise experience for people of all ages and levels of fitness.

Boston Jumps was born out of Owner Amy Brackman’s passion for rebound jumping.  She combines her love of dance, choreography and athletics into a comprehensive exercise routine that is fun and safe. It is her goal to share her passion for rebound jumping, along with its health benefits to all those seeking a rewarding fitness experience. 

Boston Jumps was featured on CH 10’s The Hub Today episode of “The Top Places to Go With Friends.” After taking a class, TV host, Hannah Donnelly, remarked, “It’s more like a party than a WORKOUT!”

Boston Jumps has many clients of all ages and at all levels of fitness. Many clients have knee, hips, and/or back problems; however, they are able to exercise without experiencing pain in their joints or strain to their muscles. Some of our participants have rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis and fibromyalgia, yet they can still enjoy rebounding – pain free – because of the low impact that jumping in Fit Boots ® provides. Rebound Jumping also helps to improve balance and coordination, especially in older adults, and also supports those who suffer from vertigo. 

Boston Jumps currently offers: Classes, Fun Runs, One on One’s, Boot Camps, and Kids Camps – and will soon be offering family classes. Fit Boots ®  are available for rental or purchase for adults and kids ages 5 and & up.

About Amy Brackman

Amy comes with more than 30 years of training in dance, cheer, gymnastics and competitive sports.  Fitness and dance has always been an integral part of Amy’s life. She is an official Channel Partner with Fit Boots ® and an international instructor. Amy is a licensed AFAA Group Fitness instructor, certified Pound Fit ® and Generation Pound Kids Instructor, trained with Tracey Mallet of Booty Barre ®, Kangoo Jumps® Instructor, and trained internationally in both Kangoo Dance and Kangoo Power.  Amy trained alongside International Master Trainer, Eduardo De Costa, traveling from Brazil in USA 2016 & Canada in 2018, along with International Master Trainer, Dorina Rigo & fitness Guru- Becky Overbeck in 2019.

It was love at first jump! 

After a serious neck and back injury in her early 20’s, all physical activities came to a halt; then her real life took over: she started a family in her 30’s and launched her own makeup studio & spa business. As a full time mom and business owner, it became increasingly difficult and challenging to find time for a fitness and exercise program suitable for her injuries.

Amy went on a mission to find a fun and efficient low impact workout. In her research, she found out about the many health benefits of rebound jumping. She learned that jumping provided one of the healthiest and safest exercises with the most full body benefits. This led her to discover the revolutionary world of rebounding boots – a healthy and safe way to get fit from the minute she slid into her boots.
